Description
The Over Easy Crab is a hand-tied realistic crab pattern from Connor at Delta Fly Works, built around our FINATICS Cajun Blue Crab Body. Tied on the Umpqua XS420 in #2 with three keel beads for a fast, level fall.
Two colors:
- Blue Crab — natural olive and orange over the 3D crab shell. The classic clear-water and grass-flat color for redfish, permit, and bonefish.
- Purple — deep purple over black with pink accents. The low-light, dawn-and-dusk color that redfish and permit eat when the sun is off the water.
The three keel beads sink it fast and level, and the realistic body shape sells it on the fall. Fish it with short strips and long pauses. Redfish, permit, black drum, sheepshead, and bonefish all eat it.
