At FINATICS Fly Company, we work hard to get your gear packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Because we are a small team focused on quality and accuracy, please review the information below regarding order processing and shipping.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of purchase.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, or holidays, processing times may occasionally extend slightly beyond this window as our team works to carefully pack and ship every order.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Carriers

FINATICS ships orders using trusted carriers including:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx

Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed during checkout when available.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States.

Shipping promotions may change from time to time and will always be clearly displayed on our website when active.

• United States
• Canada

We may expand international shipping options in the future as our operations continue to grow.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of FINATICS Fly Company.

If your package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email.

FINATICS is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our facility.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

FINATICS Fly Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an address error is discovered before a shipping label is created, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it.

Once a shipment has been processed, address changes may no longer be possible.


Backorders & Product Availability

FINATICS does not accept backorders.

If an item is listed as in stock, it is available to ship. If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase until inventory is replenished.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only if the shipping label has not yet been created.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
