FINATICS Fly Company is a small, hands-on fly fishing brand built by anglers who design, test, and fish the products they sell. From foam design and fly development to tying flies and shipping orders, every FINATICS product passes through the hands of our team.

We believe fly tying materials should be created by people who actually use them on the water. That philosophy drives everything we make.

Co-Founder – Product Development & Brand

• Fly designer focused on building innovative materials and patterns for both saltwater and freshwater fly fishing
• Works with designers, tyers, and manufacturers to develop new FINATICS products

Emily Palmer

Co-Founder – Operations & Customer Experience

• Co-founder of FINATICS Fly Company
• Oversees daily operations, fulfillment, and logistics
• Manages customer support and dealer communication
• Helps keep the entire FINATICS operation running smoothly

Chris Arbelle (AKA Dirty Loaf)

Lead Designer – FINATICS Fly Company

• Lead designer behind FINATICS foam materials and many of the company’s signature product designs
• Experienced fly tyer who consults on custom fly development and ties flies for the FINATICS shop
• Designs and develops both laser-cut foam products and 3-D components used in FINATICS flies

Mike Dvoravic

Design Consultant – FINATICS Fly Company
(Also known as MikeFlySmith)

• Works closely with FINATICS lead designer Chris Arbelle to collaborate on new fly and material concepts
• Known for developing innovative fly patterns and pushing cutting-edge fly design ideas
• Shares fly tying education and creative pattern development through his MikeFlySmith platform
