Some crab flies rely on heavy dumbbell eyes to reach the bottom. The Crusher Crab takes a different approach.

Hand tied by Casey Smith of FlySmith Flies, the Crusher Crab is built around the FINATICS Cajun Blue Crab 3D Body and balanced with tungsten putty on the underside instead of bulky lead eyes. The result is a realistic sink rate, a quieter presentation, and a hook-point-up attitude that allows the fly to settle naturally on the bottom where predators expect to find a fleeing crab.

At the center of the pattern is the FINATICS Cajun Blue Crab 3D Body, delivering an incredibly realistic blue crab profile with durable foam construction and lifelike detail.
