Key Lime Pie – Bonefish Fly for Clear Water Success

The Key Lime Pie is a bright, irresistible pattern designed to grab the attention of even the wariest bonefish. Hand-tied by Finatics Pro Staff Dirty Loaf, this fly combines bold colors with subtle movement to perfectly imitate shrimp and small baitfish on the flats.

Tied on a sharp, durable Umpqua Size 6 hook, the Key Lime Pie features bead chain eyes for a balanced sink rate, allowing it to settle naturally without alarming skittish fish. The vibrant chartreuse body and flashy fibers add just enough pop to stand out in clear water, while still looking natural enough to trigger confident strikes.

Whether you're stalking bonefish in tropical flats or navigating skinny water backchannels, the Key Lime Pie is a proven performer.
