Description
Crescent City Shrimp – Finatics Fly Company
Big bull reds? Slot fish in skinny water? Doesn’t matter—this shrimp’s got the muscle and finesse to handle both.
Built on a 1/0 stinger hook, the Crescent City Shrimp is a no-nonsense, get-it-done pattern designed to stand up to heavy eaters without losing its subtle touch. A segmented foam body wrapped in wire gives it just enough weight for a slow sink, while still landing soft enough for spooky fish. The lively silicone legs, realistic feather claws, and a touch of flash make it an irresistible snack for anything with a tail in the marsh.
Available in:
-
Pink – A high-vis, dirty water killer that stands out in stained tides.
-
Tan – The classic ghost shrimp look for clear flats and picky fish.
Why It Gets Eaten:
-
1/0 stinger hook = big enough for bulls, small enough for everything else
-
Wire wraps for a natural sink rate perfect for shallow marshes
-
Foam adds profile and movement, legs and claws twitch like the real thing
From New Orleans backwaters to Texas marshes, this pattern is a one-way ticket to a bent rod and a screaming drag.
